Ingredients

  • POM½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 🌿2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 🍋2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 🌶️1 tsp chaat masala
  • 🧂½ tsp black salt

Method

  1. 1Wash and prepare all the fruits: dice apples and mango, slice banana, halve grapes, and deseed pomegranate.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced banana, halved grapes, diced mango, and pomegranate seeds.
  3. 3Add the freshly chopped mint leaves to the fruit mixture.
  4. 4Sprinkle the chaat masala and black salt evenly over the fruits.
  5. 5Pour the fresh lemon juice over everything.
