- 🍯¼ cup tahini
- 🍋2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 🧄1 clove garlic, minced
- 💧¼ cup cold water
- 🌶️½ tsp ground cumin
- 🧂 salt, to taste
- 🧂 black pepper, to taste
- 🥕1 carrot, cut into sticks
- 🥒½ cucumber, cut into sticks
- 🌶️1 red bell pepper, cut into sticks
- 🫒1 tbsp olive oil, for garnish
- 🍂½ tsp paprika, for garnish

Method
- 1Combine drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cold water, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
