- 🌶️1 tsp green chili, minced
- 🌿1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 💛¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 🌶️¼ tsp garam masala
- 🥛1 tbsp milk or water
- 🧈1 tsp butter or oil
- 🍞2 slices whole wheat bread
- 🧂 salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
- 1In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk or water until light and frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2Stir in chopped red onion, bell pepper, green chili, cilantro, turmeric powder, and garam masala into the egg mixture.
- 3Heat butter or oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 4Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan, tilting to evenly coat the bottom.
