Ingredients

  • 🍗500 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 🫑2 bell peppers (red, yellow), sliced
  • 🧅1 onion, sliced
  • 🫒2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🌶️1 tbsp chili powder
  • 🌿1 tsp cumin
  • paprika½ tsp paprika
  • 🧄½ tsp garlic powder
  • 🍃¼ tsp oregano
  • 🧂 salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 🌮8 small flour tortillas
  • 💃½ cup salsa
  • 🌿¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 🍋1 lime, cut into wedges

Method

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. 3Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
