- 🧅1 medium onion
- 🫑½ cup bell pepper, mixed colors
- 🧄1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 🟠½ tsp turmeric powder
- 🌶️½ tsp red chili powder
- 🥘½ tsp garam masala
- 🌿2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 🫒1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍞4 slices whole wheat bread
- 🧂¼ tsp salt

Method
- 1Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside.
- 2Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- 3Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bell peppers are slightly tender.
- 4Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5Add the crumbled paneer and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and spices are well combined.
