- 🟠¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 🌿½ tsp coriander powder
- 🍚¼ tsp cumin powder
- 🧈1 tbsp ghee or oil
- 🧂 salt, to taste

Pro tips
- For extra spice, increase the amount of green chili or add a pinch of red chili powder.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for more flavor and nutrients.
- Serve with whole-wheat toast or a side of yogurt for a complete meal.
Method
- 1Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside.
- 2Heat ghee or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3Add green chili and ginger-garlic paste, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 4Stir in the diced tomato and cook until it softens, about 2-3 minutes. Add turmeric, coriander, and cumin powders, mixing well.
- 5Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts completely, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6Fold in the crumbled paneer and salt to taste. Mix gently and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 7Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
